Angelika Sheglova founded Dacha during the beginning stages of the property boom in Dubai, mainly focusing on investors and speculators.
After a successful sale of World Island – Nevada, along with 3 full residential buildings, Dacha saw the market was appealing to international investors, so expanded the team to 20 agents to continue their success.
At the Millionaire Moscow Property Exhibition, Dacha was awarded the #1 Dubai Agency price.
Dacha opened their Jumeirah Beach Road Office.
Dacha invested AED 50m into Dubai Waterfront, Palm Jebel Ali & other off shore island projects, when the world economic crisis hit.
Alessia Sheglova was appointed as Managing Director, with the task to change the business plan to suit the new post-crash market.
Dacha started focusing on the end-user market, as well as leasing. Property Management of leased properties was introduced. New property consultants were hired and a fleet of Dacha company cars were launched onto Dubai highways.
The growth of the company hits 100% and Dacha celebrates its 200th property management deal.
With an expending team, Dacha opened an office in Dubai Marina Plaza, one of the most prestigious office buildings in the area.
