Palm Jebel Ali in one and a half time is larger than progenitrixes Palm Jumeirah

One of "Palm Island" in Dubai becomes a zone of thematic parks. The builder-developer
company Nakheel plans to construct some thematic parks of a world class on man-made
island is Palm Jebel Ali, the chairman of Nakheel has informed in his official statement.
As if to new projects of the builder while it is for certain known only, that in
thematic park Sea World will be show with cascades, dolphins and sea lions, and
in park Discovery Cove children and adults can directly be with representatives
of world flora and fauna, for example, to swim in one pool with dolphins, slopes
and exotic fishes. The project will be carried out in four stages, first of which
is planned to finish in 2012.
The developer company is also pleased to report that The Palm Jebel Ali is making
excellent progress. Land reclamation along the lines of the original master plan
is 100% complete, and additional reclamation work began in the second quarter of
2007. Construction of infrastructure, which will take three years to complete, has
already begun with work on the major bridges connecting The Palm Jebel Ali to the
mainland well underway. Construction of villas will commence towards the end of
2008/early 2009 with the first delivery of properties expected in late 2010.
